Renovation Begins

This is a grade two listed property in Walsall that is to be renovated from top to bottom, inside and out. The first thing to do is stop it from falling down. We are currently working with the local Planning and Conservation Officers and liaising with builders to have structural steel work inserted to hold the front and rear walls in place as they are separating from the building. Once it is all stable the renovation work can start properly. We’ll post more as works develop.
